**MCAD Engineer**

This position is part of our Advance Safety and User Experience segment.

**Position Summary**

**Your Role**
- Product mechanical design
- Design for manufacturability (Tooling revision with suppliers)
- NX, team center, 3D,drafting skills, attention to detail, problem solving, written and oral communication.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Must be able to work with multiple people and work as a team.
- Modify existing products or processes to increase efficiency or improve performance.
- Evaluate function and appearance of products to ensure they have a practical design.
- Active participation in plan to address Dept Risk and opportunities.
- Active participation to achieve Quality objectives.
- Report out weekly to MCAD Manager
- Pursuit Employee recognition
- Participate in Team build activities
- Close personal Skill matrix gap
- Participate in Lessons learned and DDS presentation
- Participate in MCAD process Waste workshop
- Follow weekly forecast plan
- Report Plan view according to Forecast or in the case there is a deviation communicate with EGM immediately.

- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., CATIA) and simulation software. Knowledge of automotive standards and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of materials mechanical (vibration, static, dynamic, etc.) Design of machine elements.

**Your Background**
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in the automotive industry
- English level 80%
