As a **Salesforce Administrator**, you will manage all administrative functions such as user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, workflows, and data integrations. You will ensure data quality, provide end-user support, develop and conduct training, and perform system audits. Your role includes implementing configuration changes, researching Salesforce updates, and maintaining documentation. You will collaborate with IT, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to meet their needs and coordinate with vendors and consultants as required.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
- Perform regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.
- Work with business leaders to identify and implement process improvements.
- Document system configuration and administrative processes.
- Work closely with other teams including IT, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to ensure Salesforce supports their specific needs and functionalities.
- Coordinate and manage vendors and consultants as needed.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, information technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Experience with Service Cloud.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Classic.
- Advanced English skills.

**Work Arrangement**:

- Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.
