Team Overview:
Join DiDi Grocery team as an Intern and dive into a world of excitement Collaborate with a dynamic team, focusing on retailers’ opportunities analysis & reports, help in retailer’s integration processes, and category/catalog management. Work alongside passionate professionals, gaining hands-on experience in the fast-paced universe of DiDi Grocery team.
Role Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on projects finding opportunities to get new retailers onboard on our platform.
- Create dashboards to visualize, communicate & track key measures.
- Assist in developing and implementing efficient integration processes with retailers.
- Contribute to projects on category and catalog management.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support overall growth and efficiency.
- Engage in data analysis to identify trends and provide continuous improvement insights.
- Participate in meetings, sharing innovative ideas for team advancement.
- Support in creating and maintaining process documentation.
- Contribute to an inclusive work environment, fostering positive team culture.
Role Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, Administration, Sciences, Operations, or a related field (Minimum graduation date: December 2024).
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel).
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
- Previous involvement in projects related to business, data analysis or operations.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Proficiency in English is required.
