The** Customer Rejection Analysis Technician **is responsible for analyse and report customer reject failures according to the Customer Reject Handling, in order to identify issues as component, process, development, customer.

**His/Her main responsibilities are**:

- Support Product engineer in the definition actions to avoid recurrence. To provide preventive and corrective maintenance to FA equipment.
- Determine root cause customer rejects units
- Follow up root cause investigation with supplier thru SQM team
- Support in continuos improvement projects

**Required profile**:

- Electronic Technician
- Professional Experience prefered 2 years

**Required skills**:

- Process Experience Testing or failure analysis
- Electronic Knoleadge
- Schematic Diagrams interpretation
- IPC
- 5s
- English advanced
