We are looking for an organized and customer-focused **Intake Coordinator** to manage initial client interactions for a U.S. law firm. You will gather case information, qualify leads, and ensure seamless communication between potential clients and the legal team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collect and record relevant client details in the CRM system.
- Schedule consultations and support the intake process.
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure smooth handoffs.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- 1+ year of experience in client service or intake roles.
- Proficient in CRM tools and office software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
