Join the K family This position manages the generation and planning of strategies focused on maintaining and improving the quality and safety conditions of the sites, operations and processes that involve the CS&L México distribution chain. Responsible for ensuring that the facilities are in good condition and operate under the characteristics requires by the Kellanova quality, safety, and real estate standards for business continuity.

Reports directly to Operational Excellence Senor Management.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
Responsible for managing and delivering an annual budget of $1 million dollars without deviations.
Responsible for developing Kellanova talent and leading 3PL team in Qro and Toluca of approximately 10 people, as well as managing representatives of external suppliers.
Responsible for delivering continuous improvement and quality indicators in accordance with the defined programs.
Ensure the implementation and maintenance of EHSS and quality policies, programs, indicators, standards, and procedures in CS&L.
Development of annual EHSS and quality program ensuring good budget management.
Attend internal and external audits of EHSS and quality based on the observations, development, and care plan to ensure it´s implementation.
Your Recipe for Success

**Documented experience in handling**:
Good storage practices, employee practices, chemical control, pest control, cleaning procedures, handling of non
- complaint, etc.
**Desirable**: courses or certifications in SQF or HACCP.
Proven ability to implement improvement initiatives.
+5 years of experience in logistics operations.
Advanced English
