The product line alone serves as proof with advances in machine performance, equipment automation, fleet management, and John Deere’s ongoing investment in emerging markets.**Main Responsabilities**:
- Works with data sets and performs appropriate analytical methodology to provide insights and decision modeling for the business.
- Supports the communication of derived insights, especially through appropriate visualization techniques.
- Supports the identification of the required data sources and works with Data Owners to implement methodologies to retrieve and use this data.
- Applies analytical techniques to prospect for business insights and find patterns in data which could be valuable for the business.
- Stays abreast of the latest appropriate analytical techniques and recommends these where needed. Explains implementation and usage in business terms.
- Deploy Machine Learning models using libraries as scikit-learn, numpy, pandas, etc.
**What Skills You Need**:
- Knowledge of advanced data gathering and analysis technique.
- Knowledge of PowerBI or Tableau, etc. (don’t need to be power user in all, but familiar and willing to learn).
- Knowledge in Machine Learning techniques and algorithms.
- Knowledge of power apps/power automate (don’t need to be an expert, but familiar and willing to learn).
- Good Level of English language domain.
- Excellence in verbal and written communication forms with emphasis on persuasive communication, tact, and negotiation.
**What Makes You Stand Out**:
- Quantitative analytical skills
- Knowledge of appropriate industry, Business Process.
- Good interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Python and SQL knowledge and willingness to learn.
- 1+ year working with multi-cultural teams from other countries.
- Background as Informatic Engineering/Data Management, etc.
- 2+ years of Project leadership experience.
- 1-3 years of data analytics experience.
**Education**:
- Degree in an Engineering/ Technology discipline or equivalent experience - University Degree (4 Years or equivalent).
- Degree in a Science discipline or equivalent experience - University Degree (4 Years or equivalent).
- Degree in a Math discipline or equivalent experience - University Degree (4 Years or equivalent).
