**What You Will Do**
- Observe proper procedures related to the job
- Prepare Test Plans and Test Cases based on client specifications and prepare reports
- Analyze test results, bugs, and usability
- Interact with clients
- Contribute to existing testing content documentation
- Manage, lead and mentor test team members
- Oversee implementation and execution of test plans and test cases
- Assist in test environment setup and teardown
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of test data and test documentation
- Assist in coaching junior staff by helping them to make decisions and solve problems and providing feedback on testing-related tasks

**To Be Successful You Will Have**
- 2+ years of experience in testing and 0-2 years of leading test teams or similar management position
- Preferred higher education in technology
- A professional level of proficiency in the English language
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize in a complex and fast-paced environment
- Passion for video games and knowledge of video game market
- Good interpersonal skills, creativity, efficiency, attention to detail, and good work organization
- Strong academic or practical knowledge of QA methodologies and tools, software testing standards, strategies, and the software development cycle
- Demonstrated capability in writing detailed area test plan documents, executing test strategies, and performing exploratory testing
- Experience testing in an Agile context
- Working knowledge of Atlassian tool suite e.g. JIRA, Confluence
