**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Ensure accuracy of PepsiCo Canada IT financials, analysis, forecasting and reporting (support PFC and PBC businesses).
- Oversee project financials, identify and make recommendations to budget owners to ensure focus on delivering to plan.
- Support PepsiCo Canada IT AOP processes and timelines, including coordination of activities with Foods and Beverages Canada Finance (G&A) as well as US (PFNA and PBNA) IT finance peers.
- Conduct monthly accruals review and ensure inclusion in financial reports.
- Support the PepsiCo Canada financial close processes, ensure completeness and accuracy of financial information.
- Investigate financial charges and outstanding invoices on a regular cadence.
- Manage and communicate PepsiCo Canada IT G&A cross-charges.
- Collaborate with Finance G&A on process, accruals as well as controls around financial reporting and procurement processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Telecom Expense Management, Finance AP) as well as vendors to ensure financial accuracy and address inquiries.
- Support PFC IT procurement needs through leadership and management of PFC IT Procurement Analyst ensuring requests are executed on time and SLA’s are met.
Qualifications:

- University degree (BA) in Business, Economics or Accounting.
- Solid understanding of budgeting, financial planning and reporting processes.
- Exceptional Microsoft O365 skills, MS Teams and SharePoint are a key requirement.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- General understanding of procurement process and experience in people management as asset.
