**Job deEscrituraion**:
As a Software Quality Tools Engineer you’ll have the opportunity to work with some of the top tools used for code analysis, and bring your contribution to the way that work more than 8000 engineers from Aptiv; the responsibility of this position is end-to-end - from installing and maintaining the tool, to defining the best methods to work with Aptiv’s Quality Tools fleet, to automate processes and support engineers.

**ROLE**:

- Install and maintain Static and Dynamic code analysis tools on the existing server-infrastructure.
- Asses the compilers needs for the cutting-edge projects.
- Support Engineers with the tools usage.
- Offer online training for Engineering staff regarding SW Quality tools configuration & usage.
- Coach teams with tools usage, reports and integrations with other tools.
- Be the gatekeeper for required changes, with respect to corporate compliance to standard.
- Interface communication with tool’s vendors, and ensure that bugfixes are requested.
- Be the main point of contact for SW Quality tools and Compilers and their usage in the organization.

**BACKGROUND**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related
- Proven experience with Coverity, QAC, Polyspace, Klockwork (or other static code analysis tools) - usage and configuration, as well as Valgrind, AbsInt, Gliwa (or other dynamic code analysis tools);
- Knowledge & Experience with Linux - including Escrituraing (shell Escrituraing, python or other technologies)
- Knowledge of MISRA standard and AWS architecture can be an advantage
- equivalent
- Knowledge or experience with agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban or XP.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
