- Supervise and coordinate kitting activities including the picking, sorting, labeling, and packaging components and parts to meet production schedules.
- Allocate resources effectively, ensuring optimal utilization of personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Monitor and track kitting progress, identifying and addressing any bottlenecks or issues that may impact assets production or maintenance timelines.
- Lead, train, and motivate the kitting team, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure high productivity and quality performance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, set performance goals, and develop training plans to enhance the skills and capabilities of team members.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for engines components, parts, and materials used in kitting operations.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure accurate and defect-free kitting operations.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency improvements, and cost savings within the kitting operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as production, engineering, and logistics, to implement process improvements and streamline workflows.
- Leverage data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote a culture of safety awareness and adherence to safe work practices.
What we look for:
**Required**
- **Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, marketing.**:
- **Intermediate English skills**:
- **SAP experience**:
- **Kitting experience (In manufacturing, gathering a set of products into a collection or kit)**:
- **Experience with databases and spreadsheets (advanced Excel skills).**:
- **Minimum 1 year of experience managing a team.**:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Good computer skills.
- Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, math’s, and multi-tasking skills.
**Preferred**:
- Manufacturing experience (HVAC a plus)
- Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Strong desire of learning, benchmarking.
