**Operator de pretratamiento**

Estamos buscando **Operador de Pretratamiento** para nuestras instalaciones de **Querétaro**. En este rol usted asegurará que las herramientas cumplan con la condición superficial adecuada (acorde a estándar) antes y después del recubrimiento.

**Tus responsabilidades**:

- Limpiar las herramientas antes de decaparlas.
- Decapar las herramientas que son compatibles con este proceso.
- Seguir las instrucciones de lavado para garantizar la correcta limpieza de las herramientas en una condición segura.
- Limpiar las herramientas, canastillas y fixtures después de usarlos.
- Preparar la solución de decapado de acuerdo al proceso establecido para garantizar la seguridad en el área.
- Operar correctamente las unidades de decapado siguiendo el PCC correspondiente.
- Asentar las actividades realizadas en el sistema y en la tarjeta viajera.
- Dar microblasting a las herramientas que lo requieren.
- Darle top a las herramientas una vez que fueron recubiertas, cuando se indique.
- Rebarbar las herramientas que lo requieren.
- Asentar las actividades realizadas en el sistema y en la tarjeta viajera.
- Desgasificar las herramientas cuando sea necesario.
- Llenar el PCC correspondiente.
- Asentar las actividades realizadas en el sistema y en la tarjeta viajera.
- Poner en cuarentena el producto no conforme y dar aviso al área comercial y de calidad.
- Asegurar que la tarjeta incluya los requerimientos necesarios para el proceso.
- Mantener limpio y ordenado el área de trabajo de acuerdo a estándar 5´s.
- Apoyar en el cumplimiento de los procedimientos declarados en el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad.

**Tu perfil**:

- Preferentemente secundaria terminada.
- 1 año como como ayudante general o en limpieza química.
- Proceso de decapado, microblasting y desgasificado de herramientas. Manejo de cuarentenas. Producto no conforme. Manipulación de sustancias químicas de acuerdo a lineamientos de seguridad e higiene. Unidades de decapado.
- Orientado a la acción, integridad y confianza, ética y valores, empuje por obtener resultados y comprensión de otras personas.
