Objective of the position:
Manage the resources assigned to the area of responsibility as well as safeguard, verify and identify the productive material based on the procedures established by DTNA, the Operations Management and the Materials Control. Prevent shortages using Kanban process. Assuring having material in line.

Responsible for unloading and receiving K code material, which goes direct to line of production with no more touches. Responsible for having in order and well maintained its docks. Manage to unload trailers by FIFO process to avoid detention costs. Have Scrap, NIP and BOH metrics at its minimum. Take care to have all trailers closed according to OEA.

Main Functions:

- Control the reception, storage, supply and custody of the productive material to guarantee its availability in its points of use in the main line.
- Ensure the income and discounts of the productive material in the electronic system in force in the company to guarantee the inventory of both the general warehouse and the inventory in process.
- Review, analyze and update the different missing reports (SR) to ensure the expediting of the missing parts and their supply to the point of use or offline to ensure the production of complete units.
- Coordinate the annual physical inventories at the level of counts to guarantee to Finance departments the veracity of the inventory in plant
- Control the reception, storage, supply and custody of the productive material to ensure its availability offline.
