Local customs agents understand and comply with national and regional import and export taxes and regulations, ensuring that the company operates in compliance with customs matters and minimizes possible fines and delays. And responsible for handling import and export customs clearance procedures to ensure compliance with customs regulations and requirements. They assist with customs documents, tax payments and paperwork processing.

**_Responsibilities:_**
1. Comprehensively responsible for and coordinating the overseas transportation and customs affairs of the cross-border business of the platform, supporting the stable operation of existing business and the innovation and breakthrough of new business;
2. According to the company's business and customs business strategic development direction, timely grasp a variety of new customs policies, and air and sea market advantages of prices and routes, with independent thinking ability;
3. Responsible for the arrangement and tracking of international transportation, forecasting, reducing and controlling international logistics risks, and ensuring the timely arrival of goods at the port/warehouse;
4. Can carry out the design and landing of cross-border transportation and customs clearance for different import and export scenarios; Timely training and guidance for internal and external customers on import and export problems:
5. Have good communication and cooperation mechanism with buyers, sellers and other business departments of the platform;
6. Establish and continuously optimize import and export basic data and processes, review and optimize import and export carriers and customs service providers, customs team operating costs and team kpi schemes.

**_Requirements:_**
1. College degree or above, major in international trade or logistics.

2. At least two years working experience in related field.

3. Familiar with the relevant customs declaration process, customs policy, familiar with the corresponding national laws and regulations, customs declaration certificate holder is preferred.

4. Have certain communication and problem solving skills. Ability, bilingual: Spanish and English.

5. Cheerful, honest, careful and responsible at work.
