**Continuous Improvement Manager **Job based in Tlaxcala. Panzacola Plant Trim Division**

**Lear Corporation** is number 70 on the list of 500 Most Important Companies in Mexico 2020 according to Expansion Magazine Components that are manufactured in our country include: structures and mechanisms for seats, trim, foam, leather, harnesses and automotive electronics, these components are consumed by the Automotive industry of Mexico, USA and Canada.**

**YOUR TASK WILL BE**

**01. Maintain a clear vision that the goal to achieve is continuous improvement.**

**02. Achieve the objectives set by management in search of Operational Excellence.**

**03. Involve staff by creating a management and approach philosophy, developing the Culture of Continuous Improvement.**

**04. Form a team with the Plant staff to establish goals and objectives.**

**05. Manage and teach by example the theoretical and practical tools to achieve objectives.**

**06. Plan and organize events aimed at achieving continuous improvement.**

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLL YOU WILL NEED**

Industrial engineering completed or completed

5 years of previous experience in a similar position

Sig sigma black belt certification
