**Senior HR Business Partner**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic advice and guidance to HRBP team and leaders, acting as a consultant on human resources management and organizational changes.
- Coordinate the HRBP's team.
- Resolve employee relations issues.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships and increase productivity and retention
- Provide feedback on the effectiveness of Human Resources processes through the established indicators

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or similar
- Work experience as an HR business partner.
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, including recruiting, compensation and benefits, employment laws and regulations and employee relations.
- Advanced English
- Availability to travel
