Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Manage, plan and control all the activities of the Purchasing, Foreign Trade and Warehouse area.
- Guarantee the delivery of materials and / or services, requested by the various areas, within the standards, agreed deadlines and quality.
- Maintain, strengthen, seek and develop alliances and alternative sources of materials and services with the best conditions of quality, term and cost.
- Carry out inventory management, guaranteeing the supply levels agreed with customers.
- Manage the inventory, developing studies and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency of the process.
- Develop, implement and control plans, projects and goals in the short, medium and long term to guarantee supply to customers.
- Ensure the good operating conditions of the logistics and design teams, as well as the safety of work.
- Guarantee the safety of the collaborators in the areas, training and guiding the team regarding the main aspects, norms and rules of the company.
- Manage and control the storage of merchandise to facilitate movement, location and spaces, observing safety regulations and job placement.
- Manage and control the movement of loads, observing the safety regulations and job placement.
- Manage and control equipment and materials in accordance with internal conservation procedures.
- Manage, implement and control the optimization of processes related to the storage, transport and distribution of products.
- Manage and control the separation of goods according to what is requested.
- Manage the preparation of equipment to be delivered to customers.
- Manage and control the correct identification of stored materials.
- Manage the process of expedition and conference of materials ensuring customer service on the date and planned quantities.
- Manage deliveries of equipment, parts and materials according to predefined deadlines.
- Manage and control the registration of inputs and outputs of materials.
- Control the sending of the necessary documents, including invoices, for its control.
- Manage, implement and control improvements and / or cost reduction in logistics processes, scheduling and product delivery.
- Manage, implement and control the development of new methods and projects to minimize logistics costs.
- Analyze the monthly data of the Supply Chain process and the graphs of the indicators, preparing action plans for prevention, correction and improvements in the area.
- Prepare reports of results obtained for the analysis of the Director.
- Participate in meetings with the Director to improve processes.
- Assistant in all activities related to the Supply Chain area
- Manage, analyze, elaborate, update and implement the procedures of the Supply Chain area for the constant improvement of processes
- Train, develop, and motivate the team for professional improvement.
- Prepare and implement team monitoring plan and control through periodic meetings
- Prepare the budget and annual forecast and supervise the internal controls of the company
- Manage, monitor and carry out updating tests of the computerized system and prepare the necessary documentation
- Constantly analyze and verify expenses related to the sector and define action plans to improve and reduce costs
- Back up the activities carried out on the computer including Outlook File the documents of your responsibility in the defined places, both electronic and physical (SharePoint, Server, computer, etc).
- Keep your work area organized and clean
- Carry out activities in accordance with Fronius' objectives, values and quality standards.
- Labor relations with work team.

**Requirements**:

- MBA and / or Postgraduate in Business Administration, Logistics, Foreign Trade or related.
- Desirable experience in Supply Chain, Logistics activities.
- Specialization courses in Supply Chain
- Oral and written communication skills
