**Responsibilities**:
**Job purpose**:
The HR Generalist will work as part of the site HR team to achieve the mission of our organization. This position is responsible for the coordination of training activities, staff services, management of uniforms and/or consumables and tools related to employee care, and other functions to support the business's growth, profitability, and cash flow.

**Main Responsibilites**:

- Build and manage the Operational Certification system, through the coordination of an interdisciplinary team.
- Responsible for ensuring the competence of the employees on the shop floor.
- Ensure compliance with training programmes for all areas.
- Responsible for managing the services of: Canteen, changing rooms, cleaning and transport.
- Promote, through his leadership, the safety culture of the plant.

Qualifications:
**Requirements**:

- Bachelors's degree
- 4 years of experience in building and developing operational training programmes, preferably in manufacturing.
- Excellent follow-up skills, focus on priorities and stress management.
- Availability to live in Atlacomulco, Edomex.
