**Duties**
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success team finding opportunities to increase efficiency and scale our business effectively
- Build insights on top of Churn, NRR, Retention metrics
- Monitor existing processes and provide recommendations for optimization inside Customer Success based on the data
- Dive deep into the data and communicate findings with the various stakeholders in verbal, visual, and written media
- Create and promote effective self-service analytics infrastructure for your areas
- Develop user-friendly dashboards and high-quality data visualizations that drive actions and support decision making
- Work in tandem with Analytics engineers, sharing requirements for DBT models, in order to create the cleanest data structures and KPIs for your product areas
- Make intelligent choices for the adoption of new technologies based on your extensive experience

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics or equivalent degree
- 5+ years’ experience in data analytics team, preferably for Customer Success
- Perfect understanding of Churn, Retention, and NRR metrics
- Hands-on experience in Looker
- Proficiency in SQL
- Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills and experience dealing with stakeholders of varying seniority
- Experience with DBT, Snowflake, and LookML is a plus
