- Under supervision of the NPI project manager, executes and supervises the correct implementation and introduction of new products to the manufacturing floor. Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team of engineering, quality, manufacturing, operations, and supply chain to ensure the correct integration of the resources in the execution of the plan for transfer to manufacturing. - Creates the documents required for the manufacturing of the new products as well as the pertaining validations, according to the project requirements. (BOM, routes, specs, work instructions) - Elaborates and organizes the deliverable documents for the project. - Organizes and administrates activities for the project. - Learns and supports by observing manufacturing processes to seek improvements, as assigned by the engineer or manager of the area. - Functions as an interface with other departments to support the newly developed technical specifications or modified ones for current product. - Provide support in the investigation and development of specifications for product or materials. - Bajo supervisión del gerente de proyectos (NPI) ejecuta y supervisa la correcta implementación e introducción de nuevos productos a piso de manufactura. Colabora con equipos multidisciplinarios de ingeniería, calidad, producción, operaciones y cadena de suministro para asegurar la correcta integración de estos recursos en la ejecución del plan de transferencia a manufactura. - Generar los documentos requeridos para la manufactura de los nuevos productos así como las validaciones pertinentes de acuerdo con las necesidades del proyecto. (BOM, rutas, especificaciones, instrucciones de trabajo). - Elaborar y organizar documentos entregables del proyecto. - Organizar y gestionar las actividades del proyecto. - Aprende y apoya observando con detalle y buscando mejoras en los procesos de producción designados por el ingeniero o por el gerente del área. - Interfaz con otros departamentos para apoyar las especificaciones técnicas nuevas y modificadas del producto.

Experiência y requisitos

Education: Working toward an engineering degree in Industrial, Biomedical, or Mechanical fields. Experience: minimum 6 months in a similar-like function. Educación: Estudiante de ingeniería en los campos industrial, biomédico o mecánico. Experiência: mínimo 6 meses en una función similar.
