We're currently looking for an excited and talented Customer Service Rep to help us push our organization forward If you feel you're the right fit, please don't hesitate to apply For this role we're requiring the following experiences:
- Coordinate that all customer orders are shipped within the established customer and internal lead times
- 'Verify SAP shows latest updated information from Customer (EDI & Manual releases)
- Verify ZDOC report and communicate to Engineering and sales for unknown BCS parts
- Be able to create all documentation as needed (S/A, Assign ro Product Group, Update Material Master, Cross Reference, create Std Orders, etc)
- Verify cumms on current cumulative reports (once a week)
- Analyze customer variations to releases on a daily basis and send priorities to production supervisors and master scheduler as needed. Reply to customers when a conflict with current plants. notify material analysts of changes
- Check, confirm and print screens of all ASN transmitted correctly for all shipments daily, escalate to next level when error occurs as needed
- Prepare, submit and follow up dispute process for customer violations/claims
- Communicate with Reynosa shipping dept that all packing list (deliveries) are done in time
- Communicate with US Import Export that all shipments are delivered with no delays
- Container management process
- Reset rollback annual cumms per customer requirements
- Update delivery rating once a week for Ford, GM and daily for DCX
- CSR responsible for monitor balance out (ramp up/down plans)
- Communicate with customer and become voice of the customer
