**Internal Control Analyst**

**Main Purpose**

Support Risk, Assessments and Transformation Projects activities across MBS, supporting business objectives in order to improve control maturity level according with the Global Control Standard (COSO Methodology).

Be active implementation colleage to validate processes in the MBS structure mainly for its towers and accelerating through technology leveraged with IPEX team (Analytics, Robots, Agile, etc.) implement a new Audit & Internal Control model using new market trends and make benchmarck with PepsiCo GBS HUBS.

Support in the identification of business and financial risk and controls processes.

**Accountabilities**:

- Responsible for performing MBS project activities according with Annual Plan
- Validation of Process Maps and Desktop Detail (DTP) in each wave of implementation by country and per process
- Contribuite to identify risk and controls required per tower
- Review and analyze Company records and procedures
- Provide conclusions to Management through executive summary and detail reports
- Support to the Business at the controls implementation aligned with Global Control Standard (COSO Methodology)
- Remediate plans to solve issues identified
- Promote best practices in business process in order to improve controls efficience and process
- Support to the Control and Process Owners for Q certification.
- Keep information and communication with key points of internal control per region

Qualifications:
**Key Skills/Experience Required**
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years as total background (Control, Accounting, Audit, Analytics, RPA´s, Projects or Finance). "Big Four" experience preferred.
- English Advanced is a must
- COSO and SOX Knowledge is a must
- Understanding of auditing standards, audit techniques and testing and financial/operations controls.
- Tableau or others Analytical, Lean six sigma, Agile or similar methodologies experience. PREFERRED
