**Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities**:
Respond to user/client escalations and engage functional escalation and Management escalation as required
Manage requests incidents on ITSM tool
Implement the changes as applicable, test the changes and handover to customer
Prompt handling of all /incidents/problems/SRs in order to minimize the impact of incidents upon client end service quality5 Required for easy transition into role and join on-call group which is high priority6 Consequently identifies opportunities to improve operations

**Technical Experience**: o In-depth knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop functionalityo Expertise in Master Image creation and managemento Good knowledge of FSLogix Configuration, App Masking, AutoScaleo Good knowledge on Virtual Desktop Infrastructureo Monitoring and setup of alertso Good understanding on Azure AD, Active Directory, Intune, SCCM

Pay: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Remote - Mexico: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
