En esta oportunidad, estamos buscando sumar a nuestro equipo un/a **IT Engineer.
**¿Que desafíos tendrá esta posición?**
- Analizar, diseñar, implementar y gestionar el entorno actual de Active Directory para identificar los retos técnicos, de seguridad y operativos y desarrollar soluciones de mejora. Tener en cuenta las estrategias de arquitectura empresarial, el entorno actual y las limitaciones;
- Diseñar la estructura global de Active Directory centrada en la estructura diversa de Valtech, RBAC y Principio de Mínimo Privilegio (PoLP);
- Gestión de permisos AD (Microsoft Built-In Groups, GPOs y/o Políticas Locales, etc.) implementando soluciones automatizadas;
- Configurar roles de servidor de Active Directory (AD DS, CAs, DNS, IIS, etc.)
- Diseñar, mantener y mejorar el Plan de Recuperación de Desastres (DRP) de Active
- Directory, Trabajar con nuestro proveedor de confianza para asegurar que el DRP esté siempre operativo y dentro de nuestro SLA.
Implementar tecnologías para integrar de forma centralizada los sistemas de identidad en toda la organización.
- Mantiene la documentación y los protocolos del sistema para garantizar que las adiciones y modificaciones se documenten exhaustivamente tras la implementación.
- Solución y gestión de problemas relacionados con identidades, cuentas de acceso a sistemas, autenticación, autorización, derechos y permisos.
Implementación y mantenimiento de tecnologías para garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de auditoría y privacidad a nível global.
- Participación en Iniciativas Globales de IT, ayudar a colegas de otros países con la implementación de iniciativas globales de IT de una manera amigable y orientada al cliente; preparar e impartir talleres y compartir conocimientos con la comunidad de IT global;
- Proporcionar información rápida y precisa a los clientes;
- Preparar informes precisos y puntuales (trabajando con el equipo en un enfoque ágil con tableros SCRAM/KANBAN y tickets de ServiceDesk).

**¿Que perfiles buscamos conocer?**
- +3 años de experiência laboral en Gestión de Identidades y Accesos siguiendo los estándares de TI de la empresa y cubriendo las necesidades del negocio en una estructura híbrida AD/Azure AD ramificada y compleja.
- Sólidos conocimientos de Active Directory en su conjunto y de AD Domains and Trust, AD Attributes, LDAP Queries, GPO, gestión de permisos, AD Sites, Replication Topology, Active Directory Server Roles, DRP y herramientas nativas de solución de problemas de AD.
- Experiência con arquitectura de seguridad IAM, RBAC y Principio de Privilegio Mínimo (PoLP), red e infraestructura. Las modificaciones se documentan exhaustivamente tras la implementación.
- Amplios conocimientos y experiência con tecnología de gestión de identidades y acceso, como inicio de sesión único (SSO), autenticación de dos factores, gestión de acceso privilegiado, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange.
- Experiência con servidores Windows (2012 y superior)/Linux y configuración y mantenimiento de VMs.
- Conocimiento y experiência en scripts PowerShell.
- Conocimientos generales de ciberseguridad.
- Experiência en investigación, solución de problemas y mejoras de software, hardware y problemas de red.
- Máster en Sistemas/Ciencias Informáticas o equivalente.
- Inglés** Upper Intermediate **(excluyente)

**¿Que conocimientos suman?**
- Experiência en sistemas de configuración y soporte: Adaxes, SIEM (Gestión de eventos e información de seguridad), VM (Gestión de vulnerabilidades)
Conocimiento de scripts (Pyton, Bash etc).
- Conocimiento o experiência en infraestructura cloud Azure/AWS (configuración/soporte VM, DB, backups etc).
- Experiência laboral con conceptos de redes (firewall, LAN, VPN, enrutamiento estático, VLAN, Wi-Fi).
- Experiência en implementación / soporte de ciberseguridad.
- Configuración y resolución de problemas de red.
- Experiência laboral en equipos de trabajo internacional.
