Team Overview:
We are looking for a Learning & Development Manager to help our front-line employees advance their skills and knowledge. This is a well-rounded position that will focus on various aspects of our learning solutions for multiple channels (written, voice, in-person) on multiple locations (outsourced and internal). You will collaborate with other team members in the broader CX organization to share best practices on Learning and Development.

In this role, you should be passionate about helping people learn and grow. Excellent communication skills are essential. If you also have experience designing e-learning courses and managing vendors, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will help our company succeed by training and developing its people.

Role Responsibilities:
Responsible for identifying training and development needs within an organization. You will work closely with business leaders to design and implement training and development programs.

As an L&D Manager, you could:

- Collaborate with various departments within the organization, including resource planning, human resources, quality, and processes to develop multiple training plans based on operational needs. Updating training plans to meet those needs
- Generate new and innovative solutions to complex problems and propose improvements to processes and tools
- Build relationships with 3rd party training providers
- Create/modify and execute learning strategies and programs
- Implement various learning methods (e.g. face-to-face, online training, comms)
- Conducts follow-up analysis of all completed training to evaluate and measure results
- Manage and prioritize material creation/modification requests from multiple teams.
- Hire and oversee training and L&D Specialists
- Report to high levels about results, learnings and action plans
- Act as the go-to within the business for anyone with questions or queries regarding training and development plans

Role Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psicology, Communications, Education.
- Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager, or similar experience designing and implementing employee technical & development programs.
- Mandatory fluent in Spanish and English
- Experience in project management and budgeting (desired)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
- Ability to design and implement effective training and development.
- Experience with knowledge management, learning management systems (LMS) and learning trails
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to build rapport with stakeholders and vendors
- Develop educational solutions including quick guides, roles plays and assessments in different formats specific to the area/need;
