**Job Summary**:
**What You Will Do**:

- Collaborate with talent acquisition specialists to understand overall needs and requirements and develop strategic and tactical recruitment plans.
- Utilize various social media platforms with the goal of attracting the best & brightest, promoting our brand, and building long-term relations with potential talent.
- Be a strategic sourcing partner that masters the craft of ‘the hunt’ and serves as a strategic partner to the business
- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions in a timely manner by evaluating and reviewing applicants’ qualifications, skills, and experience to determine if they meet position requirements.
- Partner with business and recruiting teams to help incorporate diversity plans into overall workforce strategy.
- Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees.
- Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, including Americans with Disabilities Act.
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of engineering and information technology terminology, stay abreast of niche sources, websites, universities, and other potential sources.

**Basics**:

- Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Ability to multi-task and take initiative.
- Experience with social media and social networks required.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, dynamic environment.
- Well organized strategic thinker.
- Must be able to interact professionally with individuals at all levels internally and externally.
- Ability to be professional and maintain confidentiality a must.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (Taleo a plus).
