Seeking for an experienced Production Manager to join our team and manage our furniture facility in Ensenada B.C. Mexico. This position will report directly to the factory owner and will handle a variety of management tasks, including but not limited to metrics (efficiencies), costs, engineering, planning, production management, training programs & quality control.

Experiência y requisitos

Responsibilities: Plan, organize and direct the entire furniture production process to ensure that pieces are produced efficiently and on time. Analyze production data to identify and resolve any production issues. Prepare production reports. Enforce quality control, check list, supervision. Maintain an effective workforce through hiring, training, coaching and disciplinary actions. Enforce company and regulatory safety rules and regulations. Establish Lean Manufacturing methodologies and practices. Qualifications: Strong drive to win and be profitable. Experience and strong personal belief in creating "Quality at the Source" within each manufacturing process. Experience using metrics and efficiencies successfully to direct and motivate production teams. A dedicated reader and learner who strives actively to update his/her skillsets. Thrives on taking extreme responsibility for self & team - doesn't make excuses or blame others. Thrives on reviewing, taking corrective action, and being effective. Trained in effective conflict resolution: Experience in solving problems while building better relationships. Problem solver - experience using available resources to create simple effective solutions and/or options Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills both in English and Spanish. Experience: 3+ years Manufacturing Leadership/Supervision/Management Experience Experience in furniture manufacturing (Desired) English written and oral 90% (Monday-Thursday 7:00AM-5:30PM & Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM). Factory location: Ensenada, Maneadero, BC, México. Submit curriculum in English.
