Bilingual Interpreter

Our English interpreters are responsible for facilitating communication between two parties who speak two different languages (English Spanish). They do this by interpreting, interpreting and re-communicating both verbal messages from one language into another in a quick, confidential, and convenient way for the other parties. Interpreters must have fantastic communication abilities, verbal and written, in both languages.

**Job Offer**:
Direct hiring.

**Schedules**: Morning shifts available with 1 to 2 days off a week.

**Base salary**: from $12,500 MXN before taxes during the first 3 months + $1,400 in food coupons + Law Benefits.

**After the 3th month base salary**: $13,900 MXN before taxes + $2,000 in bonus + Life insurance + Major medical expenses insurance.

**Roles**:
Quality Assurance Program Acting as Interpreter between a wide range of people with diverse voices, accents, speaking tempos and personalities.

Providing parties with clear and exact interpretations of verbal communication providing accurate concepts and explanations with no additions or omissions, and according to the conventions of established interpretation protocol.

Providing interpretations of questions, answers, statements, arguments, explanations and other forms of verbal communication.

Imparting thought, purpose, spirit, emotions and tone of speakers from source language into target language. Informing relevant parties of factors that may hinder your performance.

Completion of daily activity logs and other. Complying with applicable ethics and standards.

Ability to interact and thrive in a fast-paced environment dealing with a high volume of calls and stressful situations.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree - High School degree, GED, or suitable equivalent

Excellent communication skills

Customer service oriented.

Advanced English (written and spoken level).

Outstanding listening, retention skills.

Proficient enunciation and pronunciation skills and pleasant, professional voice

Proficient understanding of cultural

Proficient computer skills.

Experience in Translator positions or related desirable.
