- The Finance General team manages the planning and direction of finance process and activities. Activities include the efficient operation and cost-effectiveness of operating systems and programs.
**This role in summary**:
**The Finance Analyst is responsible for providing in-depth financial analysis, reporting, and insights to support key financial decisions within the organization. This role involves analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, forecasting financial performance, and conducting variance analysis. The Finance Analyst will collaborate with various departments, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, identifying cost-saving opportunities.**

**Minimum requirements**:
Communication Required:
**Work very closely with departments such as operations, engineering, procurement, finance controlling leaders, regular conversations with department leaders such as Finance and Operations and communication within the finance accounting departments.**
**Preferred skills and experiences**:
Problem Solving and Analysis
**The FA will be involved in preparing accurate and timely financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management. Ensure financial information is presented clearly and comprehensively.**
Judgement and Decision Making
**Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their financial needs and provide support in financial matters.**
