**Supervisor de Logística**

Ecolab está buscando un **Supervisor de Logística** para ser un colaborador autodirigido con la capacidad de utilizar muchos aspectos de la administración de operaciones y liderar un equipo de trabajo para mejorar las métricas de seguridad, calidad y productividad. Tendrás la oportunidad de liderar varios proyectos de mejora de procesos y participar con equipos inter funcionales en iniciativas de diseño de enlace y almacén.

**Lo que harás**:
Liderar un equipo, formándolos responsables de los estándares de ahorro y productividad.

Supervisar actividades de logística, incluido el control de inventario, el almacenamiento, transportación, la planeación logística, el procesamiento de pedidos y el servicio al cliente.

Asociarse con equipos multidisciplinarios en Calidad, Planeación, Procurement y Producción para identificar y resolver proactivamente problemas de calidad y servicio relacionados con las operaciones de logística.

Asistir en el desarrollo del presupuesto del sitio de logística con un enfoque en la mejora continua del rendimiento año tras año contra métricas.

Coordinar proyectos de rediseño operativo para mejorar el rendimiento y satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes.

Monitorear los activos fijos y coordinar la implementación de proyectos de mejoras aprobados en sus áreas funcionales.

Comunicar métricas estándar de logística a reportes directos.

Resolver problemas de calidad, servicio y costo.

Apoyar la supervisión de los níveles de inventario.

**Requisitos indispensables**:
Licenciatura en Administración, Logística o afín.

Experiência en un entorno de manufactura, logística o afín.

Experiência de supervisión en un entorno de Manufactura, Almacén.

**Calificaciones deseadas**:
Manejo de SAP y Microsoft Office Suite, específicamente Microsoft Excel y Access.

Experiência previa en gestión de proyectos.

Conocimiento de principios de TPM y/o Lean Manufacturing.

Comunicación escrita y verbal.

Capacidad de ejercer un juicio independiente, pensar de manera crítica y trabajar en equipos multifuncionales.
