**Purpose of the Job**:
**Education Level & Work Experience**:
Bachelor’s degree in Communication.
2+ years of experience in working in PR with local and/or global brands, ideally in agency and client.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and promote brand public image, coworking with PR agencies for issuing and promoting press releases, maintaining a healthy social media presence, and arranging public appearances.
- PR events planning and execution.
- Crafting tactics and campaigns to maintain or improve reputation and credibility.
- Monitor media coverage and use multiple communication channels and media platforms to promote Clip´s image and brand.
- Monitor a competitive environment and work closely with internal spoke persons, assuring a natural and safe media exposure.

**Technical knowledge**:
1. Proven track record of success in PR roles.

2. Excellent interpersonal communication, engagement and influencing skills.

3. Strong communication skills, writing ability, and understanding of social media and multimedia.

4. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original communication opportunities.

5. Strong ability to communicate and team capabilities (English & Spanish).

6. Ability to confidently engage different levels and multi-functional stakeholders.

7. Ability to effectively monitor projects to achieve team goals and complete work assignments within the established deadlines.

8. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey learning and actions to take.
