- The Marketing Analytics group is a new and exciting team at MSCI. Our charter is to measure and optimize marketing investment by injecting data into the decision making process. The group consists of marketing technologists, channel analytics pros, and brand measurement experts.

- Marketing campaign measurement and optimization
- Exploring and maximizing marketing analytic platforms, including data visualization

- Your key responsibilities
- We are looking for a data driven marketing analyst to support measurement across our brand and product categories. This role will be a key member of the marketing analytics team, leading and building our data hygiene process, supporting campaign measurement, and assist in mar tech platform development. You will leverage our marketing technology stack, QA data, develop dashboards, measure and optimize marketing investment, and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
- **Responsibilities**:

- Own end-to-end marketing measurement data process (e.g. tracking implementation, data QA, reporting/optimization)
- Assist in development of new analytics tools and approaches to enhance MSCI marketing analytics capabilities (e.g. diving into new dashboarding tools, new tagging solutions, etc.)
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design, measure, and optimize marketing programs
- Point of contact for ad hoc measurement requests related to activity monitoring
- Provide consultation and actionable insights via performance reporting for stakeholdersExperiência:

- **Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree with min. 5 years-experience in marketing analytics within B2B or financial services sector (in-house or agency)
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (e.g. paid / earned / owned media, marketing attribution, digital tracking, UTMs, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with one or more of the following platforms: Google Analytics, Google Search Ads 360, Salesforce, Pardot, Sprinklr, Power BI, LinkedIn Ads, DemandBase, quantitative / survey measurement approaches)
- Thrives in a start-up environment that is fast-paced w/ quick pivots; agility and project ownership are key
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally without causing “turf friction”
