**Responsibilities**:

- Gather data concerning facility or equipment specifications and organization or government restrictions to ensure consistency in the documentation of the relevant records.
- Develops new or modified plans in response to delays, bad weather, or site emergencies.
- Inspects projects to evaluate compliance with building and safety codes, or other regulations.
- Monitors building security and safety to ensure a safe workplace.
- Participates in prebuilding assessments, such as conceptual cost estimating, rough order of magnitude estimating, feasibility, or energy efficiency, environmental, and sustainability assessments.
- Participates in planning and scheduling facilities maintenance and repair activities to ensure proper functioning of facilities.
- Influences others regarding policies, practices and procedures.
- May manage small projects or processes.
- Data gathering and analysis concerning building and equipment behaviors to take the proper actions.

**Qualifications**:

- Electrical Engineering or any other related field (mechatronics or mechanical).
- Experience in Facilities Engineering
- Experience with Design and Construction Project Management
- Knowledge in electrical installations (medium and low tensions), air conditioning (chillers and cooling towers), confined spaces, etc.
- ACAD Basic knowledge
- English 75%.
- 10 years of experience in field.
- Visa requiered
