**ACTIVITIES.**_
- Implementation of process manuals, job descriptions, inductions to new entry personnel and pre-payroll.
- Recruitment and selection.
- Direct contact with staff (administrative and union).
- Responsible for reporting indicator and staff tabulators
- Employee development and training program. Control of Trainees on Company.
- Perform government procedures on EHS, Designe programs to control accidents. Make investigations of incidents to comunicate to managers team.
- Control of Fonacot and Information of Sireso Infonavit.
- Control and disposal of hazardous waste
- Control of all studies required by the authorities (Compressors, Noise analysis, Lighting analysis, emissions, Ground continuity verification, etc.)
- Program and organizing health campaigns.
- Medical staff consultations.
- Responsible of UIRI.
- Responsible of all incidents of payroll for Union and white employees.
- Control of Security Services and Cleaning.
- Organize Events of company.
- **SKILLS.**_

Personnel Administration.

Strong knowledge of the labor, social security and environment policies.

Excellent computer skills in Windows

Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.

Work under pressure.

Psicology, Bussiness administrator HR, EHS DEGREE ( BACHELOR DEGREE)

English Conversational.

Social Security, Pension, Benchmarking Internal, Auditor ISO, Recruitment, Trainning and Payroll. First Aid Certificate and EHS Knowlegde.

3 -5 years HR Coordinator, Experience and personal management (over 150 people)
