Brindar soporte y asesoría técnica a todos nuestros clientes y colaboradores. Elevar el servicio en campo mediante la recopilación de datos e información técnica necesaria para la elaboración de propuestas técnicas de mejora, para exceder las expectativas de nuestros clientes y garantizar el logro de los objetivos estratégicos de John Crane México.

**Deberes y Responsabilidades**
- Monitorear los equipos en operación contemplados en el contrato de servicios integrales.
- Mantener actual la de bases de datos, reportes y bitácoras.
- Medir los indicadores de desempeño de los equipos.
- Generar reportes y recomendaciones al cliente, acerca de las condiciones del tren de bombas.
- Realizar análisis de falla de sellos mecánicos; generando la información necesaria para requerir cambios en ingeniera y/o recomendaciones al cliente.
- Dar cursos de capacitación al personal de mantenimiento y operación del Cliente.
- Administrar la cuenta del cliente: Administrar el inventario, consumos, carga de material, seguimiento de material, administración del MTBF, reparaciones, margen de contribución, cambios en las estructuras de sellos, actualización de censo completo y entregas a tiempo de sellos mecánicos.
- Dar seguimiento de órdenes a través de la cadena de suministro.
- Brindar asesorías técnicas a los clientes que así lo soliciten.
- Cumplir y asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas de salud, seguridad y medio ambiente.
- Otras actividades requeridas relacionadas con su puesto.
- Manejar herramientas de mantenimientos preventivos
- Conocimiento en equipo dinámico bombas, compresores y turbinas

Educación / Cursos: Ingeniería Mecánica, Industrial o afín.

Experiência: 1 año como Ingeniero de Soporte Técnico en Campo.

Conocimientos /Habilidades: Conocimiento en sellos mecánicos, capacidad para saber escuchar las necesidades de los clientes. Ser metódico y analítico, saber juzgar qué preguntas hacer al usuario.
