Deliverect is seeking a highly motivated Activations Specialist to join our expanding team In this crucial role, you'll play a key part in welcoming new clients and guaranteeing their seamless integration with the Deliverect platform.

As the primary point of contact during the initial setup phase, you'll guide clients through the process, ensuring a smooth transition. Your expertise will be instrumental in facilitating the effortless onboarding of new clients onto our platform, directly contributing to their satisfaction and long-term success.

**A Typical Day**:

- Collaborate with the Sales team to grasp client needs and project requirements.
- Manage the client onboarding process, including data migration, system configuration, and user training.
- Configure and test Deliverect integrations with client's Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and other relevant platforms.
- Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the activation process, addressing questions and troubleshooting any technical issues.
- Document activation processes and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Maintain expertise in the Deliverect platform to effectively guide clients.
