**Finance Project Manager - Accounts Payable** ensures that the financial or administrative processes within GBS are performed according to Kellogg Corporate Policies, SLAs and statutory requirements, in the continuous improvement framework; provide guidelines in accounting and administrative processes related with Accounts Payable process.

**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- **Executing payments** and fund transfers.
- ** Lead different projects related to accounts payable process** focused on process improvement, organizational design evolution, statutory compliance, cashflow improvement.
- ** Participate in the implementation of new initiatives** and solving issues related to accounts payable subprocesses.
- ** Provide guidelines in accounting and administrative process**; focus on the fulfillment of corporate policies, internal procedures, statutory requirements, and key controls related to invoice processing, payment, reporting and travel and expense process.
- ** Manage the department overhead budget.**

**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business-Related
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable
- Previous experience in project management and Continuous Improvement.
- Fluent level of English
- Leadership skills to coordinate others.
