Sobre la misión del puesto:
- Buscamos a una persona con experiência y sólidos conocimientos que coordine la implementación de las mejores prácticas de mantenimiento a equipos de control y automatización, brinde asesoría técnica en Instrumentación y Control y participe en proyectos de inversión.
Sobre las actividades:
- Es responsable de liderar al equipo de técnicos de instrumentación, automatización y control, asegurando la ejecución de mantenimiento a la infraestructura y equipos de la Destileria.
- Es responsable de dar seguimiento al rendimiento y mejora de los indicadores de mantenimiento: OEE, MTBF, MTTR.
- Es responsable de brindar capacitación y asesoría técnica en temas de instrumentación y control, trabajando con los equipos y estándares globales.
- Es responsable de participar en los proyectos de inversión, desde la etapa de definición hasta la implementación de los lineamientos de seguridad y calidad acordados.
- Es responsable de promover activamente la mejora continua a través de proyectos DMAIC y análisis de causa-raíz, para identificar y eliminar proactivamente las causas que impactan la calidad, productividad y costo.
- Es responsable de liderar la implementación de prácticas, controles de riesgo y estándares de manufactura de excelencia, y sistemas de gestión de calidad.
- Es responsable de implementar y dar seguimiento a los lineamientos de seguridad e higiene.
Sobre las competencias requeridas:
- Título profesional en Ing. Mecatrónica, Electrónica, Instrumentación y Control o afín.
- 3 o más años de experiência como coordinador de mantenimiento de equipos de automatización y control.
- Conocimientos indispensables en PLCs, Drives, Servomotores, redes de comunicación, instrumentación, control y automatización.
- Nível de inglés avanzado indispensable.
- Competencias: liderazgo, enfoque a la solución, planeación y organización, comunicación y análisis.
