El analista principal de análisis y planificación financiera es un puesto profesional sénior responsable de proporcionar administración con un análisis y conocimiento acerca de los resultados financieros de Citi, en coordinación con el equipo general de Finanzas. El objetivo principal es contribuir a la estrategia de dirección y utilizar conocimientos especializados profundos para proporcionar consejos o asesoramiento acerca de la evaluación de informes financieros sobre el desempeño actual y previsto de Citi.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Crear informes financieros y encontrarse con el equipo de finanzas para sintetizar claramente las tendencias financieras y proporcionar conocimientos a la gerencia sénior.
- Ejecutar la estimación del capital de riesgo e incorporar los resultados a los informes de la gerencia y los procesos de decisión.
- Ejecutar análisis de rentabilidad de los productos y brindar asesoramiento en torno a decisiones importantes sobre el negocio y los productos.
- Realizar análisis sobre el desempeño financiero de Citi y sus competidores.
- Asesorar sobre la estrategia de dirección y proporcionar orientación sobre decisiones importantes del negocio o los productos.
- Ejecutar análisis de los planes estratégicos y operativos a 3 años, las estimaciones de ingresos netos antes de provisiones (Pre-Provision Net Revenue, PPNR) y análisis y revisión integral de capital (Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review, CCAR), las nuevas estimaciones de mitad de año y las perspectivas bimensuales junto con los equipos de análisis y planificación financiera del segmento, el negocio y el país.
- Preparar análisis que respalden las revisiones del director ejecutivo, incluidas las iniciativas comerciales.
- Desarrollar y mantener relaciones con socios clave y la gerencia sénior a fin de influir en el comportamiento y la toma de decisiones.
- Preparar presentaciones y análisis para el equipo que respalda al director financiero.
- Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia

**Calificaciones**:

- Entre 6 y 10 años de experiência relevante.
- Dominio de habilidades informáticas con un enfoque en aplicaciones de Microsoft Office.
- Habilidades eficaces de comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Habilidades demostradas para la presentación.
- Demuestra de manera constante habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal clara y concisa.

**Educación**:

- Título universitario/de licenciatura o experiência equivalente.
- Preferencia de maestría.
