Overview:
**Main Purpose Of Role**
The main purpose of this role will be to support Enterprise Solutions

DevSecOps by

1) Support operations stability in the Sector by owning the Program level AMS Managed Service Provider engagement for Enterprise Solutions to ensure adherence to contract SLA, KPIs

2) Introducing new Enterprise Solutions or common services from Capex planning through fully operationalizing the new service

3) Train the end users on the use of the standard tools, reports and processes to support DevSecOps transition and evolution

4) This role will adopt and adhere to PEP SAFe agile principles for the PBNA PGT solution.

**Accountabilities**
- Lead the day to day activities of the Make to Deploy team comprised of internal and external resources.
- This role supports the sustainment and delivery of Inventory Management, Production Execution (PP) and the Warehouse, Management capability of the PepsiCo Global Template (PGT) built

through SAP S4 concepts
- Partner with the Make To Deploy IM/PP, Warehouse Operation Global Process and Solution Design Leads to sustain and deliver the end-to-end solution
- Support decision-making for IM/PP, Warehousing localization functionality
- Ensure PepsiCo Corporate IM/PP, Warehousing policies reflected in the PGT are implemented to standard with appropriate localization
- Actively engage and educate business process owners on solution optimization, simplification and standardization capabilities
- Ensure PGT lift and shift opportunities are deployed across the sectors
- Collaborate with all scrum teams to implement and deploy the end-to-end Global ERP solution leveraging agile methodology.
- Work closely and collaborate with onshore and offshore scrum team members to ensure a prioritized and sufficient product backlog for the teams to work against.
- Participate in key Sprint planning, retrospectives and other key ceremonies.
- Along with scrum team identify, monitor and implement key agreed-upon improvements.

Qualifications:
**Years of Experience**
- 12+ years of experience configuring, deploying and managing SAP ERP with a focus on Make to Deploy
- 2+ years of SAP S4 experience preferred.

**Main Tech Skills**
Over 12 years of SAP development, support and implementation experience
- Knowledge in areas of Make To Deploy desirable - Production planning, Inventory management, Warehouse management and Quality Management
- Record of success in deploying a SAP Warehousing solution (WM, eWM) as a global capability
- Complete understanding of the E2E process triggering warehouse activities (integration with Procurement, Production, Quality and Sales & Distribution)
- Proven experience in the governance of a global ERP template
- Deep understanding of project test phases and testing automation tools
- Knowledge of the master data objects on the warehousing domain and the data migration processes and tools
- Fully aware of the SAP security design implications through global roles.
- Dispatches standard SAP quality issues with OSS (Online SAP Services) and follows up the required break fixes
- Solid experience in ITSM tools and processes
