Patient Coordinator

_**Patient Coordinator for Cosmetic Dental Clinic in Zona Rio**_

We are a modern Cosmetic Dental Clinic focused on improving our patients’ lives with unbelievable smile designs.

Located centrally in Downtown Tijuana we are looking for a new Patient Coordinator to our team of like-minded individuals who are excited to provide amazing patient experiences.

Your job is to be the first point of contact when patients call in and help them book their first appointment with Allo Dental.

For the right person there is opportunity for growth in the position, expand areas of responsibility and become a greater part of the management team.
**Areas of Responsibility**
- Answer the phone from potential patients
- Explain our dental services to patients
- Schedule patient’s initial & follow up appointments
- Coordination of patient logistics
- Update patient records

**Requirements to Apply**
- 90% English skills (fully conversational)
- Strong people skills to facilitate discussions with patients
- Resourceful in order to find the best appointment for our patients
- Great organizational and time management skills
- Ability to learn new software easily (i.e. our dental software)

**Salary**:
Based on qualifications with the right person earning $4,000/week or more

**Work Hours**
- Mon-Fri: 9.00am - 6:00 pm
- Saturday: 9am - 4pm
- Lunch break: 1 full hour

- Técnico superior trunco o en curso (Deseable)

Experience**:This job requires previous verifiable sales experience.**
- Reception: 1 year (mandatory)
- Patient services: 1 año (mandatory)

Languages:

- English (mandatory) 90% or above
- Spanish

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per week
