Position Purpose:
The role of the RPA Development Analyst is to support the improvement and optimization of GES processes and business activities through implementation of Robotic Processes Automation technology, as well as introducing new technologies to enhance the automation capabilities of the Digital Platforms Team.

The role works as part of the Digital Platforms Team and works and collaborates closely with Business Analysts and with Service, Product Owners, Continuous Improvement Team and developer partners, to ensure that all processes and activities being automated have been adequately scrutinized before automation.

This role will also support in development skills as needed to guarantee success of the RPA development projects, as well as introducing new technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and others.

**Responsibilities**:

- Define automation workflows for configurations in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions such as Automation Anywhere and ServiceNow
- Collaborate with team members of the Business Excellence to review automation opportunities and benefits
- Ensure the highest level of quality prior to automation
- Support automation of testing processes that span multiple environments including Web, Windows, SAP, and Web services
- Assist with ongoing automation projects to ensure automation project milestones are achieved in timely manner
- Assist with ongoing automation projects to troubleshoot potential bottleneck
- Work collaboratively with test teams during the product test phases to document bugs
- Ensure standards compliance and institutionalization of automation best practices
- Identify key issues, involve affected parties, design solutions, obtain buy-in, and communicate effectively through resolution
- Collaborate with third-party developers to coordinate automation implementations

Qualifications:

- Proven software (low-code) programming skills
- High proficiency in English (verbal and written)
- Academic background: Systems Engineering Bachelor’s Degree or related
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to effectively assess customer needs while consulting and building solutions
- Knowledge and understanding of technology infrastructure: data and functions strongly desired including terminology

and coding
- Ability to track and monitor project progress, identify project and process gaps, recommend controls and

communicate progress to business leaders
- Highly motivated and result-driven
