**Position Purpose**:
Prepare and produce analyses that help on decision making for the plant and ensure that the production costs of the company are calculated based on corporate policies and guarantee that the financial information reported is reliable. Lead the control environment in the plant and prepare proposals for improvement in the implementation of controls, paperless activities and support the plant through the Reimagine strategy phase.

**Let’s talk about responsibilities**:
Responsible for analyses of all the production variances with major focus on purchase price variances and providing the details needed to the plant, Finance, and Management in order to support the decision making and corrections needed to improve the financial results of the plant.
Monitor and control conversion cost and keep monthly tracking of all the expenses that are related to the cost at the plant and proactively communicate risk and opportunities
Support the Quarterly standard cost calculations for the plant with Global and Regional CBS, ensuring that master data is accurate and reviewing rate routings and providing all the explanations needed for the changes applied to standard cost.
Prepare material losses information weekly, verify proper calculation and provide insights that help improve this KPI.
Responsible to provide necessary information for cost simulation for new products, new formulas and sourcing evaluation
Validate savings for Home care (FTG and CEB)
Responsible for tracking all the Fixed Assets movements as well as the physical counts and follow up all the capitalization processes for the CEB projects related to the plant, including idle asset analysis and depreciation simulation.
Responsible for ensuring that all the internal controls are in place and that are aligned with CFPs. Also provide support for all the Audit (Internal, External, Corporate and Fiscal and SOXs) processes at plant
Analysis of monthly results and recommendations to Home Care plant.
EMO’s cost evaluation for Packing & Making
EMO’s expense reconciliation and budget tracking, prepress cost and obsolete
Close month activities (journal entries posting, expense reconciliation, headcount, reports review)

**What you need for this position**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
- 2 years of experience in finance areas and/or cost
- Excel / Google suite advanced level
- SAP or equivalent system

**Desirable**:

- Advanced English Level
