Experience in similar projects and activities (pre-commissioning and commissioning, potentially construction for inspectors) in each field of activities (from at least 8 to 10 years)
- Familiar with the codes, standards and recommended practices in their respective disciplines, and shall ensure that the facilities and systems are installed and tested in accordance with these codes and standards (API, ANSI, ISA, ASME, ISO, NETA, AGA, ASTM..)
- Ability to communicate in English
- Shall have a comprehensive knowledge of:

- Process control and measurement principles
- Installation and testing of: pneumatic and electronic protective systems; pneumatic and electronic control and/or monitoring systems including PLC and DCS based systems; fire and gas detection and protection systems; instrument air distribution systems; telecom systems
- Requirements for installation and testing of electronic instruments in hazardous areas
- Calibration and testing of equipment and systems
- Installation standards and codes of practice
- Environmental aspects of oil and gas design
- Safety aspects of design (e.g. HAZOP and risk analysis techniques)
- Quality assurance and control requirements of the installation and testing
- MV & LV switchgear, transformers, motors, cables and other electrical equipment for medium voltage and low voltage systems
- Requirements for installation and testing of electrical items in hazardous areas
- Environmental aspects of oil and gas design
- Safety aspects e.g. HAZOP and risk analysis techniques
- Quality assurance
- Electrical protection systems
- Maintain accountability and responsibility of daily SITE activities witnessing in their respective discipline
- Contribute to the sign-off process of Commissioning task sheets in their discipline
- Work closely with the Construction Team on daily priorities for system/subsystem completion
- Check the continuous and accurate updating of EasyPlant as the works progress
- Consistently adhere to the Project Objectives and Priorities, Safety, Regulatory / Environmental, Quality and Schedule expectations
- Providing Technical Services with NO Boundaries_

**Salary**: $270.00 - $360.00 per hour
