**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversees designing, developing, and testing of the automation workflows and supports the implementation of the RPA solution.
- Collaborates with business stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize processes suitable for automation using RPA technologies.
- Continuously monitors and evaluates the performance of deployed RPA bots, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Works closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective automation solutions.
- Helps to drive the standardization of business process across multiple business lines, working closely with stakeholders, operations and technical teams.
- Identifies process gaps and provides recommendations to alter or reengineer processes prior to automation.
- Adheres to client standards for automation development, coding standards, best practices, security and processes.
- Understands client's business requirements and clearly documents them in order for RPA engineers to deploy the automation projects in an optimal manner.
- Provides training and guidance to end-users on how to use and interact with RPA solutions effectively.
- Works closely with the business in documenting process details and with the engagement team in implementing the solution.

**Education & Experience** Recommended**
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in computer programming languages, agile development methodology, or a related field.

**Preferred Certifications**
- Programming Language/s Certification (Python, Java, C#, or similar)
