**Mission of the position**.

**Contribution of the position.**

1. Customer service.

2. Standardized, controlled and improved processes.

3. Suitable measurement and testing equipment.

4. Development and certification of raw materials.

5. Quality system.

**1. Customer service.**

It includes all the tasks necessary to respond and ensure compliance with all the requirements of our customers.

**Functions**:
1. Analyze and follow up on any concern, complaint or claim from our customers.

2. Follow up on the results of satisfaction surveys.

3. Establish communication channels with customer service.

6. Support in training programs.

6. Promote actions for customer satisfaction.

7. Follow up and close requests for corrective action arising from customer complaints or claims.

**Decisions**

1. Immediate resolution of complaints and claims.

2. Approve product bonuses not in accordance with our customers.

3. Reject claims that are not the responsibility of SWF.

4. Decide on the final destination of the non-conforming product if presented.

5.Approve corrective actions.

6. Perform root cause analysis.

**Complexity**

1. Propose the use of a product that causes some special line adjustment but does not affect the final quality of the product.

2. Analyze in coordination with customer service, development of new products and production management the cost benefit of using a product that gives problems: low line speed, adjustments or draw of final product.

3. Establish a relationship of trust with our customers for the analysis of problems arising from complaints or claims.

4. Implement synergy works.

5. Implement troubleshooting tools.

**2. Standardized, controlled and improved processes.**

Understands the tasks necessary to ensure that processes meet company objectives, regulatory standards or laws, and the expectations of our customers.

- Participate in activities of documentation of processes, methods and work procedures.
- Promote continuous improvement teams and Kaizen.
- Monitor compliance with established procedures and specifications.

**Decisions**
- Approve changes in methods and procedures.
- Reject product for failing to meet customer requirements.
- Approve corrective and/or preventive actions against deviations.

**Complexity**
- Definition of reliable methods that guarantee the integrity and compliance with product specifications.

**3. Suitable and calibrated measurement and test equipment**

It includes the tasks necessary to ensure that the inspection equipment used in the plant complies with the established standards and that they are trusted instruments.

**Functions**
- Develop inspection systems and methods
- Ensure equipment calibration
- Manage certificates for traceability and reliability
- Ensure appropriate equipment according to type and accuracy of inspection

**Decisions**
- Determine inspection equipment and procedures.
- Identify training needs.
- Determine the useful life of measuring equipment.

**Complexity**
- Evaluation of the performance and effectiveness of the teams.
- Evaluation and selection of suppliers for calibrations

**4. Development and certification of raw materials**:
It comprises all the tasks necessary to ensure that the raw materials and materials used in the process meet the specifications for the manufacture of our products.

1. Ensure supplier evaluations.

2. Establish acceptance or rejection criteria.

3. Evaluate and improve the performance of raw materials in the process.

4. Develop communication systems with suppliers.

5. Propose improvements in the specifications of the materials for their contribution to the process.

1. Determine the test methods and performance of the materials.

2. Approve or reject raw materials and materials in the process.

**Complexity**

1. Definition of characteristics of the materials to improve their contribution in the process in terms of quality and cost.
