We’re an elite squad of designers, developers, system architects, researchers, writers and seasoned Web3 professionals. Our Mission is to make magic happen We do this by building user-centric products and supporting blockchain startups in their mission to bring positive change to society. We are dedicated to enhancing the user experience of a decentralized, censorship-resistant, and democratic internet.

Who are we looking for?_**
- Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements
- Testing graphics across various media
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs
- Reviewing product positioning and online marketing content to identify room for improvement
- Working with other teams and oversee the smooth implementation of new content
- Providing advice and guidance on the aesthetic for campaigns, projects, and promotional events
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- Proven graphic designing experience
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and 3D software is a big plus)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
