This position includes implementing, maintaining and supporting existing hardware and software services and solutions. The Superintendent participate in troubleshooting of operational critical systems and infrastructure. The role also interface with vendors, operational staff and functional areas. Should lead and implement Projects including business processes, operation of IT services and provide Infrastructure support in a multi-site environment including Mfg. facilities and sterilization facilities across Mexicali region. - Develop and recommend strategies for IT services, datacenters, security and support by maximizing functionality of Technology services including communications and high availability of Systems across the region. - Manage and Support key IT metrics such as service level and service disruptions. - Ensures design support scalability, quality, performance, security, maintainability, and architectural integrity, and ensures solutions are delivered in alignment with the strategic plan in the organization. - Manage a group of IT Professionals to provide coverage to support Mfg. facilities and sterilization facility running 24/7. Drive the development and engagement of employees through individual development plans (IDPs), and TPP (Talent Planning Performance). - Adapts functional area plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges. Provide problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset to all manufacturing and functional areas.

Experiência y requisitos

Bachelor's Degree: Computer Systems Engineering or equivalent Minimum of 5 years managing IT Support and Software Developers Medical industry training and knowledge is desired. Advanced experience with WAN technologies such as MPLS, Ethernet, T1’s, and LTE Advanced knowledge of Windows environment and computer equipment (laptops, desktops, printers, Wireless controllers required. Strong knowledge of VOIP, including QoS on LAN and WAN Source code management required English 80% Office Windows: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. SAP, AS400, EXCEL Macros, MS ACCESS MS, SAP, Visual Studio.NET, Azure DevOps, HTML, Bootstrap, Javascript, SQL, Access & AS400 Databases Effective Communication Proactive Able to manage multiple projects Customer focused Decision markingorganized
