- Manages and maintains the organization's financial records and transactions related to general accounting, general ledger, projects, and / or government accounting, by following procedures, guidelines, accounting policies, and control processes, ensuring accuracy of accounts.
- Compiles financial information to record transactions, prepares reports, and completes reviews to report accurate information.
- Establishes tables of accounts and assigns entries to proper accounts in order to ensure proper documentation.
- Prepares month end journal entries and assists in account reconciliation, projects, and internal and external audits.
- Research technical accounting issues for compliance and ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
