As Territory Manager you will Plan, direct and lead comprehensive commercial actions, focused on increasing sales, profitability and market share inside and outside the store in the territories assigned to your position, seeking to capitalize to the maximum business opportunities in an accelerated and profitable way, always working in an ethical and responsible framework, ensuring the execution of the initiatives defined in the territories under your responsibility.

You will report to the comercial area.

You will be #LI-Onsite in our site in Mexico Puebla.

**Main Responsibilities**
- You will guarantee a healthy balance between sell out and sell in ensuring compliance with the sales budget, margin, expense control and profitability of the region under your responsibility.
- You will ensure the correct execution of the commercial model through processes, procedures and best practices to maximize sales within the Retail, B2B and VDT channels (total market approach).
- You will outline the business strategy for the region ensuring the execution of plans by all dealers, increase OE standards (physical and service) and commercial actions in the medium and high-volume channels.
- You will take care of and maintaining the engagement levels in your work team, being a coach and facilitator, guiding the personal and professional development within the Company.
- You will consolidate through the network the commercial business model in the whole region, identifying the potential of the company.

**Qualifications**
- Administrative or Engineering degree, Master's or Postgraduate degree desirable with advanced English.
- 6+ years of experience in multi-unit business management and administration.
- 5+ years of experience in coatings desirable.
- 5+ years of experience with internal and external team management.
- 5+ years of experience with P&L management.
